Private Tour
Embark on a privately guided adventure to the Ras Abrouq Peninsula where the striking topography of unusual rock formations, plateaus, and coastline dominate the landscape. Within this landscape, we discover the massive monolithic environmental artwork ‘East-West/West-East’ created by internationally renowned artist Richard Serra.
You will be collected from your hotel and travel for approximately 30 minutes to the Sheikh Faisal Bin Qassim Al Thani Museum which features a unique and eclectic private collection of Qatari and worldwide artefacts. The museum showcases 15,000 historical pieces from all over the world as well as paintings, international art, and a car collection.
We then proceed to the breathtaking ‘East-West/West-East’ sculpture in the Brouq nature reserve that spans over a kilometre and comprises four steel plates, each over fourteen metres in height. Here, you will experience a magnificent sunset while enjoying a variety of snacks.
