1. The applicant applies for a Hayya E-Visa – the status will state “Pending” until the authorities process the application
2. Once the authorities approve the application, the applicant will be notified that the application is “Pending Accommodation Verification”
3. The applicant uploads their accommodation voucher
4. The authorities will approve the accommodation and change application to “Pending Payment”
5. If required, the applicant will be requested to make QAR 100 payment (E-Visa Fee)
6. Once a payment is made, the application enters the approval stage

VISA ON ARRIVAL – MANDATED HOTEL REQUIREMENT

The MOI currently require travelers with passports issued by the following countries to make a Discover Qatar VOA hotel booking before travelling:
India, Pakistan, Thailand, Iran.

Other nationalities may be added to this requirement at the discretion of the State of Qatar. For more information on Visa requirements please visit the Visit Qatar website.

Please note that Discover Qatar is not responsible for your Hayya Entry Visa application of your Visa on Arrival application. All approval decisions are taken by the appropriate authorities.

Discover Qatar charge a QAR100 cancellation fee if your application is rejected by the authorities. See Terms and Conditions for full details, which should be read before completing your booking.

Subsequent alterations, amendments or cancellations to your current booking will be reviewed and applied only during office working hours. Working hours change during the Holy month of Ramadan. Please visit our website for operational timings.
